Louisa Bufardeci (Born, lives and works in Melbourne, Australia.)
Melbourne artist Louisa Bufardeci makes art from statistics. Brightly coloured and visually seductive graphs are interpretations of data from sources such as the United Nations and the CIA. Her reconfigurations highlight the recurring political manipulation of this false science.

Tiong Ang (Born Surabaya, Indonesia. Lives and works in Amsterdam, Netherlands)
Describing himself as a faux-chinois, an overseas Chinese born in Indonesia, educated and living in the Netherlands. Tiong Ang's Triennial work deals with his first visit to China. "To avoid the quagmire of false associations connected to the situation, I chose to remain silent about this topic and invite someone else to address the Chinese audience".
