1pm Lindsay Neill & Claudia Bell - The White Lady: the Great New Zealand Pie Cart
Lindsay Neill and Claudia Bell, co authors of The Great New Zealand Pie Cart, the number 2 best selling food book last year, give an illustrated talk on the history of the pie cart, and in particular and the development of fast food.
Their talk will included memorabilia from the pie cart The White Lady that has been in continuous operation in Auckland since 1948.
