David Veart - First Catch Your Weka
Join Dave Veart for an illustrated talk on his highly popular book on the history of cooking and cookbooks, First Catch Your Weka, which gives an amusing and historical overview of what we cooked through the recipes and elements used that make New Zealand cooking distinctive. The book will be on sale and David will be available for signings.
